Bought this dress and wore it once as a wedding guest. This would make an amazing special occasion dress The skirt of the dress has white ribbon lining over a very thick and durable tulle the holds it’s flared shape. There is white floral embellishments with rhinestone centers throughout the skirt. Excellent condition - no flaws!
