Sorry to take so long to get back to you. These are definitely real. They are not lab created nor are the diamonds. I had a little certification but lost it. The info on the tag gives some info. It was purchased from the Gem Shopping Network where they sell upscale vintage jewelry and purchase parcels of real stones they sometimes set in their own settings to sell. It was priced this because the metal isn’t gold, but the sapphires & diamonds are legit.
