3B tie dye fitted, size 4 dress

This dress fits like a size 4. It was altered for my wider shoulders, but it can have the elastic altered to form fit you exactly. The fabric has a nice stretch to it. A go-to dress that gets attention. Tie dyed look, spaghetti straps, tiny ruffle at the hemline. I have out-aged it but hope someone will love it like I did.
