These are offered as a set of 3: Winifred-orange hair (2.5" x1.86"), Mary-purple hair (2.25" x 2") and Sarah-yellow hair (2.80" x2"). They are offered in the colors shown! Simply snap the back(knob) of the design into the hole and they will not come out until you are ready to change them out! To remove: simply push the knob from the back of the design(inside the bag) and the design will pop right off the bag! Never pull on the design.
