These jeans are a 30” waist with a raw hem that rolls to around a 28” length (can be longer if they’re not rolled). Selling because they don’t fit but they are in like new condition. While they do measure as a 30” waist the thigh is on the tighter side and these would likely fit someone who is a 28/29 better.
