3T Pink Smocked Sea Life Dress

Adorable pink checked dress with sea life designs smocked around the collar (sea horse, starfish). Fabric 65% polyester and 35% cotton for a light summery feel. There is a very light discoloration on the fabric on the front right about the size of my fingertip that looks like a shadow.
