Fourth of July dress Red white and blue Sparkly star on chest on a red and white striped background on top of dress. Silver stars on blue overlay of bottom of dress. Overlay is blue sheer material over a solid bottom (Bottom of dress is not see through because of solid under material on bottom) There is also a bow on back of dress that should sit between shoulder blades attached to the dress, it is made of the same sheer material as what is on the bottom.
