3X One Shoulder Mystic Little Black Cocktail Dress

This super cute LBD is by Mystic. It was worn once in a wedding, and then, it was dry cleaned and has been hanging in a garment bag. It features a ruched, sweetheart neckline, one shoulder with rose pleated detail. It is a 3X, but it is cut smaller than other 3X, so I’m enclosing the approximate measurements. 55% Polyester, 42% cotton, and 3% spandex. Shoulder to hem is 37.5” long. Waist is 18.5” across when flat. (37”) Under arm to under arm is 19” across when flat. (38”)
