Hi Lesa... Are the buckle slides on the arms? Is the piece that slips through coming off at one end? And is the color the light color showing the detail and soiling the color or the darker one in the other pictures? Thanks. Oh, and I assume this is NOT washable suede, correct? Thanks again. Kathleen

The arms are adjustable but the rings don’t come off. This is not washable needs dry cleaned every couple of years. The picture of it hanging is it tire color. It was a very expensive jacket or coat which ever you want to call it. If you want it it may take a couple of days to locate it I’m not sure if I hung it up or packed it away. I hope I answered everything for you.
