3-tiered leopard print skirt

This leopard print skirt is high waisted and has a beautiful flow thanks to the three tiers. Banded around the waist. It’s one size, but I typically wear a size S and it fits great. Band is slightly twisted but it’s not noticeable nor has it bothered me. Worn twice. From a street store in Hong Kong.
