3x Black and White polka dot Shein Curve dress

This is a super cute black/white polka dot Shein curve dress with tie around the waist. I've never worn it. I have to make room and I have a bad habit of buying waaaaaay too many polka dots 🙃 so I have to sacrifice at least one. it's a nice thin fabric and it's great for summer parties!
