Hi! This is super cute! What kind of waistline does it have? And are the sleeves ruffled? 3/4 length? Does the hemline have a ruffled flounce?

@eyemarock I would say it’s sort of like a baby doll, the dress opens in the front and flows out, you would definitely want to wear some leggings or biker shorts. The sleeves are not ruffled.
