3x Shein sweet blue floral summer dress

Short dainty floral summer dress. it has no tag but it's from Shein. I'm having to clean out the closet a bit and this just doesn't work for my work apparel (but I loooove it and it's hard to part with!)it's nice and light cotton blend fabric with a tie for the waist.
