In true 90s retro fashion, the dress has shoulder pads! 😀 Keep in mind... this dress is sheer so you will need to wear a slip and camisole underneath. If you have a full slip, that would be perfect!! 💓 The back of the dress is equally as beautiful with a decorative 5-button and zipper closure and a tasteful slit at the hem.
