Black sequins and black leather with silver accents on handles. Sequins are in great condition. Leather may be faux but has a nice supple feel to it. Small at approximately 11"x5". Handle is adjustable as it "ties" through the grommets in the purse. Really cute and sparkly! No tags other than to say Made in China and Man Made Materials so designer/brand is unknown.
