Brand NEW! It is NWT, but it is not the original tag. This was purchased at a boutique shop. Never been worn. Black and White Striped Skirt w/ pockets and belt loops. Opens on the side with a zipper. Length: 15 inches Width (at waist): 15 inches Pretty all Black and White stiped skirt for the summer, and spring. The black stripes are a bit dark greyish color.
