@sarahc247 if you’re sure the measurement you need is waist and not hips. What I measured is the natural waist where the white trim is laying on the dress. Below that it’s nice and Flowy so that part would accommodate 41” just fine!

@sarahc247 I understand that. The slip fits the same as the dress. It’s fitted at the waist and then flares out just underneath to match the silhouette of the dress. I hope that helps! :)
