New See By Chloe booties in a size 40.5 which equates to a 10.5 on the Chloe size chart. Personally I wear a size 10 and usually a EU41, and would say these fit just a bit smaller, like a 9.5. I have only worn these around the house for 5 min. I’ve decided to sell since they are slightly too small. So a US 9.5 should be perfect, or perhaps 9.
