40s Vintage Blue Silk Velvet Dress Sz M

This is a gorgeous 1940s vintage blue silk velvet dress. It has short sleeves and a V style neckline with fabric draping at the bust and banded style waist with a flowy skirt. It zips along the side with a metal zipper. Overall in good vintage condition - one minor tear in the back of the skirt - see pics. Made by carmen classics! Has no size tags - see measurements in photos for best fit, approx a medium.
