40s Vintage Button Up Collared Dress Midi Dress

One of a kind! Bought at the Brimfield Fair in Massachusetts. 1940s era (estimated) house dress, handmade. No brand. In excellent condition, no apparent stains or rips. Some hanging strings. Waist: ~29” Bust: ~32” Skirt length (from seam): 24” Let me know if you need any more measurements. I’m size small/2 and 5’3”, and I’m wearing it in the last picture. Definitely loose on me but the length of the skirt and 3/4 sleeves are great! Not Anthropologie brand, but very similar to their style.
