40’s Vintage White Cotton Baby Dress - With Flaws

40's vintage handmade cotton baby dress. Dress is made of white cotton and features embroidery on the collar and front of the dress. Garment approximately measures 13" flat across the chest, tag notes 1 YR. The only blemishes is that two sections of the collar need to be reattached, please see photos for reference.
