In perfect condition, this H&M dress is black with white miniature polka dots and buttons up the front that loop over the round buttons. The top of the front has subtle pleats and the sleeves are capped with 3 small ruffles at the shoulders. Size 8. The dress has an elastic waist and it has a thin tie around it which can be worn however it flatters best. The skirt swishes as you walk, and has a full lining.
