4/$25 Forever 21 Polka Dot High-Low skirt

Very cute but not for me. The shirt is in great condition. It is a size extra small. For reference: I am 5’0. In the last picture, you can see how long the skirt. It is almost to my feet but with high low skirts, when you walk, they usually flow up so you aren’t stepping over it. If you want to, you can always wear heels or wedges to help with the length of the skirt.
