This gorgeous vintage evening bag is crafted with shiny black seed beads with a exquisite beaded strap from K & G Charlet. The purse dimensions are: 7.5" x 4.5" x 6" There is only a small wear spot along the back of the top lid. Hard to even see unless you are looking for it. The inside of the bag is spacious for an evening bag and is lined in black satin fabric. The label reads K&G Charlet BAG, PARIS, NEW YORK" The underside of the lid has what appears to be residue from long ago glue. I imagine there was a mirror glued here at one time. No other interior stains or marks The strap is amazing on this piece. It consists of 2 tubular handles twisting around one another, each covered in bead work. They are soft to the touch and delicious to hold in your hand. No beads appear to be missing. The drop length of the strap is 2". The length of the strap is 14" The bag has a snap clasp closure, which is fully functional. It is marked United Carr, a vintage snap company.
