4/$35 Vintage Paisley Broomstick Skirt by Dana Scott

A bit of a long midi but you can wear it however high you want on your waist with the elastic waistline. May be a very wrinkled pleated skirt but I see it as a broomstick skirt. Approximate measurements: Waist 12” Length 31” Excellent vintage condition.
