shanamama @manish Hi! I just wanted to say thank you to the whole POSHMARK team! For 10 years my children and I had been homeless. We lived in a trailer that wasn't even ours. It had holes in the floor and roof. When it rained outside, it rained inside. Most of the time we didn't have heating or electricity. That wasn't the worst part of it. The house was infested with every single ginormous bug and creepy crawly you can imagine. My children actually thought they were like pets, even naming them. There were rats and squirrels that ran freely over us while we slept. When I had enough courage to leave one day, I did and never looked back. We stayed with relatives living in their basement for a year until finally social services and HUD helped us move into a beautiful town home. I received my ipad as a gift and saw this app. Now I can resell items that I come across from neighbors to help pay my bills as well as theirs! It's wonderful! It's unbelievable we could ever be this happy and safe, but I knew there was a way! Thank you for being a part of our lives! The kids love to help wrap and package the items with me!

chanikac @manish Hi Manish! I just wanted to post a suggestion. I'm new to Poshmark but am already a huge fan. While looking around, I've noticed blatant violations to the rules of the site and came to the conclusion that its happening so frequently likely due to lack of resources. That being said, why not hire a few PM Site Policy Consultants? You could pay them with free shipping on their PM purchases and a monthly credit in their PM accounts to use for shopping. They could be located all over the country and their KPI to measure their value to your company could be their rate of success in cleaning out these items while keeping the sellers. The sellers could remain open unless they are repeat offenders. Strategically it's a win-win because you aren't increasing your head count nor paying additional salaries. You are merely hiring consultants to help monitor the site. You also make great strides toward deterring folks from the illegal practice of buying and selling knock-offs or replicas and you protect your site from becoming a haven for these practices. You also have the opportunity to establish a positive and continued reputable standard as well as enforce the other PM guidelines, like not selling perfumes, homemade items, undergarments, etc., to further ensure everyone has a great experience using your site. Just a suggestion and let me be the first to say I would quickly take on a consultant position like this one. I think it would align nicely with my background and pursuing a doctorate in business and management. Thanks for making yourself open to feedback and suggestions!!

thekogs @manish Manish- I just wanted to thank you for what your app has done for me. In my eyes, I am the very old age of 22. I have a medical mystery with a rare spinal cord condition which was discovered at the age of 18. I had blissfully earned my way to acceptance into the top ranking Mathematics field in the US at the time with scholarship at NYU. I was the teen with the almost perfect ACTs that was also funny with a big personality. After I was misdiagnosed for 2 years, I gave up my dream and chose to attend Georgia Institute of Technology which was close to my doctors. After three semesters, I suffered to a degree I had no idea was even possible. I had to medically withdrawal from school, and have been seeing the best possible doctors over the country for 3 years now. I have very limited movement in my back, so while all of my peers are graduating and getting jobs, my job is currently a self proclaimed movie critic because that is about all I can do while my team of doctors tries continuously figure out the issue with surgeries, procedures, spinal taps weekly at one point in this journey. I have been so down with my quality of life that your app has given me a new way to enjoy my time that doesn't physically irritate me. From the bottom of my heart, my family and I thank you for a step back into life you have given me. Not only is this a place to make extra money for the medical bills, but it is also gives me, as well as others, a feeling of accomplishment and the feeling of friendship. I have met many women who suffer in a similar fashion- no one with my exact disease which is 1 in 200,000, BUT the fact that I can connect with those who know my pain is amazing to me. I haven't been able to put Poshmark down since I started. I wish there were jobs that Poshers across the world could do from their computer- like removing inappropriate items. just_poshing_2 I just wanted to ask where do I find meetings for PMA?? I think I need to find these PM Anonymous meetings (lol).. I started on PM for some extra money but I now stay on PM all day to talk with all the wonderful Posher's I have met ! The ladies on here show so much support & give so much posh love to each other. I find myself now talking about children & careers with friends I have made & supporting each other in illness & I just love helping new Posher's when they need it because I remember when I first joined that there was several ladies helping me but I remember 2 very special ladies that I now talk about everyday life & support each other thru good & bad and if I can help others like these two ladies helped me then I certainly will return what was given to me. brooklyn_s @manish Hello Manish! I have a question?! I was announced as a suggested user about 2 weeks ago! And for about a day a got over a thousand followers which is sooo awesome! But I looked and looked and looked and never saw my name on the suggested user list( I wanted to snapshot it) but after a day I stopped getting as many followers. I'm not sure hoe the SU wheel works, some days I see the same name, and then there are some names I see all the time. Not complaining, just trying to understand how the SU works! fashionatposh Hi, I love being a part of posh. Please fix it. Since the last update, the search is not working properly. If you search for specific items like leggings, vest etc. It doesn’t come up with newly added/shared items, even by using filters. Please fix it. It affects our shopping experience and sales badly. Also I would feel offended or fair that after all the wasted time and... well not money since I would get it back but in essence that money that could have been used for something else instead was just sitting there for a week and I just get a “hey sorry, here is your money” and that is it.

I have a friend who is a seller and even when he went on vacation he was engaging with the people that were purchasing from him everyday and when he knew he was going to be delayed he asked to help him and send the products to the buyers but more importantly to keep a good service which I am currently not experiencing. I opened my app up and had over 166 new followers and I want to follow everyone back but this is going to take hours at the rate of having to click each photo > taking you to their page > clicking the follow button > and then going back to do it 165 more times!! myclosetstylist @manish Hey Manish, the party has been non-operational for 1/2 hour with no items being uploaded. A few of the party hosts have tried to contact HQ by email but to no avial. Any way there'd be a faster way (in the near future) to contact IT/tech support directly or some Poshmark HQ point person when these sorts of things happen? It'd be easy to rectify if there was a more direct line vs the regular CS email. I welcome the opportunity to share my thoughts for future solutions. :) -Cie

camillelafont76 @ladyhel this site is trash. Check out their ratings on BBB and well, everywhere. There is no customer service and no enforcement of rules against crooked sellers and buyers. Do not waste your time. If you leave comments on Facebook they block you and you have to generate a different profile to continue to alert others to scams. They allow sellers to sell across multiple platforms and then sellers admit they lied about about shipping to get a higher price elsewhere after the sale.
