tracy0815 @taidoo it's vintage, amazing quality & material, im not sure the designer's name or if there is one but I will check when I get home. This was made in America but purchased in France. My sister hand crafted this to add to her vintage collection. It was originally long sleeves and maxi length dress. It's one of a kind and fabulous! Whoever gets this will be a lucky girl...
