4th & Reckless sequin tie mini short dress

NWT 4th & Reckless white sequin mini dress. Has a white mini dress that comes under the sequins. It has a tie on the side and a button as well. Sleeves are too big for me and can’t return. Size XS, I’m usually a 0 but I’d say fit more like a two.
