curvyclosetcash Yes. It isn't SUPER stretchy but it allows you to move. I know what you mean- some denim jackets are restricting and uncomfortable. This one has wiggle room and isn't stiff

curvyclosetcash the tag has size 4, 4x and 26. it is from Torrid so it is their standard sizing. when I get home, I will get you the exact measurements
