rstiv does the waistband stretch at all? Or does it need to sit at a specific spot on the waist or else the shoulders ride up?

happilyevergrey @rstiv there is no stretch in the waistband. I don’t think it rides up in the shoulders. I only ever tried this dress on and it didn’t ride up when I had it on but I never walked around in it. Hope that helps.
