are these 100% cotton? and Is it a tight elastic in the waist?

@ibarramarycruz9 es I believe there’re 100% cotton (i dont think i’ll get them from Oysho if there’re not) and the elastic is still firm,not too tight not too loose..(if you want tighter elastic waist then check Oysho size Xs) hope this helped /i just uploaded a video if you want to check out the waist.
