kay_william @linaelneser it gets difficult at times. My daughter is 2 and my almost teen son is still agnsty since my divorce years ago so I always have my shipping behind sadly and that's like #1 in algorithm push. don't get stuck in the lowball loop either. One reason I started my whole account over before. People look at your past purchases and get a feel for you.

kay_william @linaelneser Totally understand. My husband owns his own business and the last place I worked for someone else was as a manager for Estee Lauder years ago. Yeah makeup was fun, but I don't like working under people either. Especially when you are a manager/ assistant manager at many places you work. You get sick of the ladder.
