Great used condition (no rips or stains) but the tie at the waist is missing. I have worn it without it both as-is and with a belt over it. Short length (several inches above the knee on me but I’m 5’5”) Rounded hem 5 buttons at chest 2 chest pockets and 2 side pockets at waist (all are real) 3/4 cuffable sleeves Questions and offers welcome
