🩵5 for $20🩵 Blue & White Floral Elastic Waist High-Low Ruffle Maxi Dress

This is such a lovely dress! I’ve gotten several compliments on it, and it’s only been worn once to church. No known flaws. All over flower print. V-neck. Bust area is lightly padded (no need for a bra! Wahoo!). Adjustable spaghetti straps with a small ruffle “sleeves.” Elastic band at the waist, stretchy, which is nice, because it accentuates the bust and is slimming for the stomach. Flattering fit! Dress is higher in the back than the front. The very bottom of the dress is sheer, and the rest is lined (pictured). Ruffle hem. Note - the first four photos show the actual color of the dress best. Some of the others look a bit washed out because of the lighting - it’s not!
