5 for $25 Custom Blouse Bohemian Look & Feel

I came across this blouse in a thrift warehouse full of clothes from all decades. It has no tags, but looks to be custom made, I planned on wearing it myself but it's too small. I wear a medium/large top because I am a size 8/10. There were safety pins added to the right side sleeve ,I believe its unfinished from the person before me. They maybe wanted a more grunge look. So there will tiny safety pin holes if removed. Fyi. Stain on front about ½ reddish orange, didnt try to clean. Low vneck Blouse. Cute belt. Lined. Approx.17" across bust Length 34"
