In like-new condition, this sassy little vintage black velvet opera swing jacket with graduated hem, stand-up collar and bell sleeves is just as cute as can be, and will absolutely MAKE your outfit! The jacket is hip-length with a swing silhouette. The back is yoked, the jacket gathered at the yoke, giving the jacket its shape. The long sleeves are a bit wide (not fitted) and bell at the ends. The front lapels form a stand-up collar at the back of the neck. The hem is graduated, a bit shorter in front. The front of the jacket is open, it does not fasten. The jacket is fully lined. The size and fabrication tags are missing. My educated guess is that it’s a cotton/polyester velvet. The size M Is derived from the measurements (below). The jacket looks equally good with a skirt or with pants. This is a piece you build an outfit around, a true statement piece! The condition of the jacket is very good to excellent, with no rips, tears, holes, stains, missing pieces or other flaws. It shows little to no signs of wear.
