missaisha555 @hlayton39 thanks! Working out keeps me balanced! If I didn't I would probably be stressed out al the time! I do the treadmill 6 days a week and yoga my favorite love yoga and Pilates yoga twice a week and weight training it's truly a way of life once you start a routine and enjoy it you will keep doing it:)
