Armpit to armpit: fits 16-17” best, shirring allows up to 18.5” Shoulder to hem length: 37.75” Waist: 13” (14” stretched) Hips: sarong style so technically any size but best for 36-38” max. It fits me at a 40” hip but it’s not really cut for that size hip AS IS! Raw hem; looks like it might have been modified at some point; I clumsily reattached the shoulder strap because it was detached when I bought it. Totally wearable as is. The issues aren’t super noticeable.
