50s 60s Vintage handmade dress

Vintage handmade sleeveless dress with trimmed v-neck, cinched waist, 2 front detailed trimmed pockets and back zipper in a 50’s 60’s print in a woven type fabric. Because item is handmade please see below and photos of measurements for fit. Bust, waist, hips & length. My estimation would be a Medium. Approx (not exact) flat lay measurements (see photo as well): Pit to pit 17“ Waist 14" (+ more because of elastic) Hip area 20" Length 42.5" Please note: there has been some color transfer in places.
