50s Plaid Pleated Skirt Toni Owen Box Pleat XS

Vintage 50s Toni Owen Sportswear Skirt Flaw - Button hole is a bit stretched and material directly around hole stressed, button itself is somewhat rough around the edge. Visible on closeup photo. No size tag - Approx modern XS - Waist: 24" fitted / Length: 21". Model is 5'1" XS - very generous hem (see closeup photo of material turned up at hem with tape measure), makes me wonder if this was originally longer? Metal zipper closure with button. No material named- has plush feel - wool blend?
