50s Vintage statement hat.1 owner-my mom. Black ribbon band w/ bow & Small seashells detail. Straw is stiff style material. Very black and not faded. Original inner band w/ elastic strap. Gently worn and brim edges have some very small fleabite chips- see photos. Brim circumference at head =22.5 ". Brim itself is out 3.75". Hat height at head is about 3.5" high. Band is not removable.Tag inside says "Made in Italy". Fits me snug & my head measures around 21 inches. This will be shipped carefully.
