zmarzz @circe1cat 16.5" across bust, 14.5" across waist. Yes it has some give; the fabric is 97% cotton and 3% spandex. The bust is also padded. I hope this helps, let me know if you have any other questions.

zmarzz @jsaffer sorry, but it's not adjustable. It has one button, but it might be possible for you to add another button or take the strap in with a few stitches.
