50s Circle Skirt, Vintage Paper Midi Length Skirt Authentic vintage skirt made from paper / cellulose. Closure: Metal zipper and button No labels, no lining Excellent condition: There is wear but no obvious flaws. Measurements: Waist: 24” (The waistband is not stretchy but it does have some give.
