50's Vintage Condor high-waisted cluster pleated skirt!!

Brand:CONDOR My best guess is this is 50’s vintage, there are no size or fabric tags. It looks to be a high-waisted cluster pleated skirt that could be wool tweed or a wool blend judging by the feel and weight of it, despite its look it is actually quite soft. It is not super heavy but does have some weight to it. SIZING- If I had to guess size I would say vintage 10 which is an x-small (listing as an xs) I have several vintage skirts in that size and it fits like them. It approx. measures 13” straight across the waist while laying flat. It is meant to sit high on the smallest part of your waist. It has a side zipper and hook enclosure in working condition.
