50s Vintage Style Petticoat XS Adjustable Waist

Beautiful, fluffy vintage style petticoat for 50s looks. Amazing quality with three layers of fluff at the bottom in an ivory color makes a great petticoat underneath any dress or skirt. It's very full with a lot of movement. It has an adjustable waist too, so can size up or down, but fits an XS best. Only used it a couple times.
