'50s inspired fitted bust party dress!

I got this dress for a party, unfortunately I never got to wear it because my boobs decided not to go in there. I want someone to own this dress and wear it and look amazing! the tutu that comes underneath it is beautiful. I've ironed everything, of course during shipping I'm sure it won't stay ironed🤣 comes from a smoke-free home!
