50s style Vintage dress

Adorable vintage style dress with pleats at the waist line that I found at a lovely local vintage thrift store; has white petticoat sewn in underneath for added volume (petticoat has a small stain along the hem that isn’t noticeable since it’s underneath); the tag says it’s a size small but it runs smaller, I would say XS
