starz4steph @kbourque ha ha well as u can see in the pic it did when I took the pic cuz the ticking hand moved between pics, but I grabbed it to double check and looks like the battery is dead. I'm actually taking my own watch today to get a battery so I'll take this one with and get the battery. Also if u look very close at the pic of the close up of the face, there's is a tiny tiny chip on the edge it looks like an itty bitty point at the jewel that is representing 8 on the dial. LmK and I'll get battery

starz4steph @kbourque my mom bought me this watch in the French Riviera and she had packed it with a big chunky necklace she got me and she is pretty sure that's where the chip came from ;) the necklace was very very heavy and slid out if it tissue paper I guess. Ha ha
