jerrypunderwood @so4reel you want to use a very fine glitter, any color, any paint brush with fine bristles, glue and add textile medium available at craft stores. Be sure to put on an even coat of glue medium mixture. Just have fun. May want to use a fine grade of sand paper to slightly rough up the shoes first just to give the glue some thing to stick to. Great idea for shoes your favorite broke in shoes that get scuffs or buy a cheap pair from goodwill or a great pair here on posh mark JUST HAVE FUN!
