bonniepamp @stapler6202 it's about 24" from under the arm, 31" from the shoulder. It's a medium juniors but stretchy. I was a 4-6 in the pic

bonniepamp @alexiskaye it didn't scratch. I wore pantyhose underneath, but it is lined. Only possible issue was my hair would snag on the sequins occasionally.
